The UAE and Pakistani air forces will be joining Israel in an international military drill to be held in the United States soon, Israeli radio reported.

The report said the annual Exercise Red Flag is an advanced aerial combat training hosted annually by the United States in participation of allied countries. This year it shall begin in mid-April at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada.

This is the second time in a year that the UAE has participated in a military drill alongside Israel. The UAE do not officially recognise Israel or have diplomatic ties with his authorities.

Israel discreetly exchange security consultancy with Arab powers with which it has no official relations, the Financial Times said in a report.  “The Sunni Arab states increasingly see the Middle East through the same prism as Israel,” Dore Gold, Israel’s acting foreign minister, told the newspaper.

Some reports say Mohammed Dahlan, dismissed Fatah leader who has been sued for corruption and is now an adviser to the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, is behind the cooperation between Tel Aviv and Abu Dhabi.
