According to the Israeli newspaper, the head of the committee responsible for the plan said:

Obama’s days have passed and we will approve this plan without any restrictions.

The housing ministry and Jerusalem Municipality, which are under the occupation’s control, formulated an agreement considered the largest of its kind, which includes the construction of over 28,000 housing unites in Jerusalem over the next decade. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government will present the agreement to Trump during his visit in ten days’ time.

This comes contrary to reports in Haaretz which stated that Netanyahu, postponed a meeting designed to approve West Bank settlement building projects until after Trump’s visit.
