A Syrian woman has been killed by a suicide bomber in Al-Nour Refugee Camp in Lebanon, AlKhaleejonline.com reported on Friday. The bomber blew himself up while the Lebanese Army was on a mission to arrest suspected militants in the camp.

“A suicide bomber detonated himself near to a refugee family,” said an army spokesman. “A female refugee was killed.” He did not name the victim.

Around 150 suspects were taken for questioning during the army sweep through the camp; seven soldiers were wounded in the process, including three caught up in the deadly blast. “A second terrorist threw a hand grenade at a group of soldiers, causing light injuries to four of them,” added the spokesman.

Three other suicide bombers detonated their explosives during the mission, the army officer pointed out, but no one was killed except the bombers. A roadside explosive device was also detonated, but there were no casualties as a result of that incident. Four other unexploded devices were discovered.
