The Palestinian minister of education and his Qatari counterpart yesterday signed an agreement to increase education cooperation between the two countries, Al-Araby Al-Jadeed reported.
The deal, the first such agreement between the two ministries, will see them cooperate in different fields of education, performance evaluation, training development and other issues related to school and university education.
A statement issued by the Palestinian Ministry of Education said the parties also agreed to exchange experts, expertise, education aids, modern education IT, data, studies, achievements, training and cooperation between Qatari and Palestinian schools and universities.
Palestinian Minister of Education and Higher Education Sabri Saidam signed the “historic agreement” with his Qatari counterpart Mohamed Al-Hammadi.
