Palestine: Democratic Front to take part in PNC meeting

The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP) announced yesterday that it is taking part in the Palestinian National Council (PNC) meeting being held in the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah today, the Palestinian Information Centre reported.

In a press conference, the DFLP stressed the importance of reviving the Palestinian Liberation Organisation (PLO) and reactivate its role, ending the Palestinian Authority’s control of it.

The DFLP announced that its only nominee for the PLO Executive Committee is Tayseer Khalid, who has “accumulated expertise in this regard”.

Meanwhile, it stressed on the importance of holding PNC meetings regularly.
