Saudi Arbaia’s King Salman Bin Abdulaziz is said to be displeased with his brother, Prince Ahmad, who criticised the mismanagement of the war on Yemen.

Video footage circulated on social media showed Prince Ahmad engaging with protesters in London who questioned him about the war in Yemen and human rights abuses in Bahrain.

“What’s the fault of the entire Al Saud family? Perhaps only certain individuals are responsible,” he said, clarifying that the officials in question are “the king and the crown prince”.

The Saudi Press Agency has since reported that the prince said the reports were “inaccurate”, however this has now placated the king.

According to Tactical Report, the king expected his brother to renew his pledge of allegiance to him and slam Saudi opponents abroad and deny their claims about the war in Yemen.

Reports claimed that the Saudi Ambassador to London, Prince Mohammed Bin Nawaf, met Prince Ahmad and asked him to return to the Kingdom immediately at King Salman’s request.
