At least 20 civilians killed, including children, in north Yemen

Houthis announced on Sunday that a strike carried out in Yemen by the Saudi-led Arab coalition had killed 20 women and children in the governorate of Hijja in the west of the country, the New Khaleej reported.

On their website, the Houthis said: “The strikes in Talan area destroyed five homes… They also targeted ambulances and obstructed their arrival to save the victims.”

Meanwhile, the Arab coalition announced that it had carried out strikes against the Houthis in the governorate of Hijja in the west of Yemen.

“The strikes damaged roads in order to stop supplies for the terrorist Houthis,” the Saudi Al-Ikhbariyeh channel reported, adding that more than 200 Houthis were killed.

The Houthis’ Al-Maseera TV reported that the coalition carried out four airstrikes in the area, noting that one hit displaced people in a vehicle in the same governorate.
