Arab foreign ministers to meet next week to discuss Palestine

Arab foreign ministers are to meet on Sunday to discuss the latest developments in Palestine at the request of the Palestinian Authority, Al-Wattan Voice reported on Monday.

During his first meeting with his government on Monday, the recently appointed PA Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh told his colleagues that President Mahmoud Abbas will attend the meeting to lead the discussion.

In the meantime, added Ishteya, Abbas is to discuss the issue of the financial safety network, which was approved at a previous Arab League meeting. The network was established in order to support the Palestinian Authority budget.
