It pointed out that the number of administrative detainees has reached about 450 prisoners.
The organisations stressed in their report that the Israeli authorities continue to violate international humanitarian laws and the Geneva Conventions and fight the Palestinian presence through a set of systematic and complex policies, and consolidate their grave violations through a judicial system that constitutes the primary tool in legalising and perpetuating their crimes.
They went on to call on the local, regional and international organisations to take effective steps to protect the Palestinian presence especially in light of the escalating policy of systematic torture which affected dozens of detainees.
