Islamic Jihad: Resistance insists on achieving victory for Jerusalem

The Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) said on Sunday that the continuous battle in Gaza has achieved “major goals,” adding that the Palestinian resistance “insists on achieving victory for Jerusalem.”

In a statement sent to the media, the PIJ said that the American F35 jets carried out strikes that horrified safe people while sleeping in their homes.

He said that these strikes came following defeat inflicted on Israel by the Palestinian resistance which paralysed the Israeli occupation state.

The PIJ reiterated that Operation Jerusalem’s Sword “will revenge to the killing of children by the terrorist who deprived the Palestinians of the happiness of the Eid, and attacked the holy sites during the holy month of Ramadan.”

In addition, the PIJ said that the Israeli targeting of civil facilities and residential buildings “is clear proof of the systematic terrorism practiced by the government and the army of the enemy.”

The PIJ condemned the American stance which “gives cover to the Israeli crimes,” stressing that affording cover for the Israeli crimes make the US “partner” with Israel in its aggression.
