Israeli occupation forces today delivered stop-work orders against nine Palestinian homes in southern Qalqilya, the Palestinian Information Centre reported.
According to local sources, Palestinian citizens received military notices ordering them to stop building nine homes in the hamlets of Arab Al-Ramadin and Abu Farda, which are located behind the illegal Separation Wall.
The Israeli army justified the measure by claiming that the homes are located in ‘Area C’ of the West Bank, which is under its military and administrative control.
Some 70 Palestinians live in the impoverished hamlets of Arab Al-Ramadin and Abu Farda, southeast of Qalqilya.
