Palestinians send rescue team to flood-stricken Libya

The Palestinian Authority is sending a search and rescue team to eastern Libya's port city of Derna, where Storm Daniel hit and caused two dams to burst and flood the city. Libyan authorities have been battling to save lives with fears the death toll could reach 10,000.
