Hamas yesterday called for more protests over the coming days, especially on Friday and Sunday, in an effort to open the Rafah crossing.

The movement said action should be taken to open the Rafah crossing and stop the genocide against Gaza.

It called on all people “to escalate the mass movement throughout the coming days.”

For the twentieth day in a row, the Israeli occupation army continues to target the Gaza Strip, which has been besieged since 2006, with intense air strikes that have destroyed entire neighbourhoods and killed thousands of Palestinian civilians.

Israel also cut off the supplies of water, electricity, food and medicine to the Gaza Strip, which sparked local and international warnings of a massive humanitarian catastrophe, in parallel with intense Israeli raids and arrests in cities and towns of the occupied West Bank.
