Israel army: 'We are not bombarding Gaza'

The spokesperson for the Israeli army, Peter Lerner, told Sky News ‘we are not bombarding Gaza.’ This is not the first time that Israel has refused to admit that its bombing of the besieged enclave are causing a humanitarian crisis. Tel Aviv's Ambassador to the UK, Tzipi Hotovely, also told Sky News on 26 October, ‘If I would say there is a humanitarian crisis [in Gaza], I blame Hamas for it ... if you have questions about the humanitarian crisis, please ask Hamas.’
