Gaza’s Rafah border crossing reopens to allow foreign passport holders out

The Rafah Crossing between Gaza and Egypt has opened for the first time since 7 October to allow injured and dual nationals out of Gaza, in a deal brokered by Qatar. It is not clear how long the crossing will remain open or how many people will be allowed to pass through it.
