Gaza: Shell-shocked child silently seeks reassurance from his brother

Shell-shocked Palestinian child trembles as he silently checks on his injured hand and shows it to his injured brother, who also reassures him silently. Israel’s bombardment of the besieged Gaza Strip has killed nearly 10,000 Palestinians, the majority of whom have been women and children.
