Gaza’s displaced at UN schools: There is no water for kids, shame on you

Thousands of Palestinians seeking shelter at UNRWA schools are left without food or water as resources run out amidst ongoing Israeli bombardment. “There is no water,” one man exclaims. “These are children. Shame on you,” he adds. Israel imposed a total blockade of the Gaza Strip on 9 October, cutting off food, water, electricity and fuel to Gaza’s 2.2 million people and carrying out and an extensive bombing campaign which has wiped out entire residential neighbourhoods, targeted hospitals, schools, mosques and churches, and claimed the lives of over 9,000 civilians mainly women and children.
