The Houthi movement in Yemen has launched more drones against “sensitive” targets inside the occupation state of Israel, it announced on Monday in a statement broadcast on Al Masirah TV channel.

According to Yahya Saree, military spokesman for the Houthis, the result of the drone attack was the “halting of movement in the targeted bases and airports for hours.” He stressed that the Houthi forces will “continue to carry out more qualitative military operations in support of the Palestinian people until the brutal Israeli aggression against our brothers in Gaza stops.”

The Houthis threatened on Saturday, to “expand the circle of conflict in the region” as long as the US continues to give the Israeli occupation state what it wants in order to commit genocide in the Gaza Strip.

“The Arabs must, now more than ever, uphold their responsibility towards the people of Gaza and support the Palestinian people in every way until they achieve their legitimate rights,” added Houthi spokesman Muhammad Abdel Salam on X.

Last week, Israel announced that it had intercepted two drones targeting its Red Sea port of Eilat, after they penetrated the airspace in the south of occupied Palestine. The first was brought down over the sea, while the second was intercepted over Eilat.
