Israel PM: War on Gaza going 'better than expected'

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said yesterday that the war on Gaza is going “better than expected”.

In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Netanyahu stated that it would take several months to achieve the objectives of the war, pointing out that the United States took nine months to eliminate Daesh in Mosul, referring to the Iraqi city.

Netanyahu added that Mosul is smaller than Gaza and does not have the underground infrastructure.
