Palestinians forced to flee southeastern Gaza amidst intense Israeli air strikes

Families in southeastern Gaza, particularly in the Zeitoun neighbourhood, have been displaced following relentless Israeli air strikes. According to a report published by Human Rights Watch on 20 December 2023, nearly 1.9 million individuals, accounting for 85 per cent of Gaza's population, were displaced during the first two months of the Israeli war in Gaza.
