Israeli police fatally shoot 13-year-old Palestinian boy

Rami Hamdan, a 13-year-old Palestinian boy from Shuafat refugee camp in Jerusalem, was fatally shot by an Israeli police officer after he fired a firework that posed no threat to anyone.
