White House backtracks on Biden saying Israeli invasion of Rafah is ‘red line’

During a White House press briefing, US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan backtracks on President Biden's statement, in which he suggested that Israel would cross a red line if it entered Rafah without a clear and reliable plan to ensure the safety of Palestinian civilians and the continuation of aid.
