'ICC needs to make a decision, same as they did with the Russian president'

South Africa’s Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Naledi Pandor, says that the International Criminal Court (ICC) should issue an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. In an interview with British-American broadcaster Mehdi Hasan, she emphasised that the ICC must take action, just as they did with the Russian president and others.
