London mayor calls on UK PM, US president to 'stop the killing' in Gaza

Mayor of London Sadiq Khan called for an end to the bloodshed and a ceasefire in Gaza during Eid festival celebration in the British capital yesterday. 'We want to stop those arms being sold to Israel. We want to say to Prime Minister [Rishi] Sunak and President [Joe] Biden, use your influence and stop the killing,' he told thousands who turned up to Trafalgar Square to celebrate the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
