Israeli occupation forces have demolished another Palestinian home in the occupied territories. The home was in Hizma, a few miles from occupied Jerusalem’s Old City, the Palestinian Information Centre has reported.
Local sources reported that soldiers escorted bulldozers into Al-Bayader neighbourhood in the town and demolished the house of Mutamen Subaih. They added that the soldiers forced all of the family members out of the two-storey house before razing it to the ground.
The soldiers fired teargas and stun grenades to disperse the family members and neighbours. This action by the occupation army also hindered children who were going to school for the first day of term in the new academic year 2024-2025.
