The leader of Yemen’s Ansar Allah group – the Houthis, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, said yesterday that the group’s operations against Israel will continue as long as the siege and aggression against Gaza continue, and they are planning for even greater actions in the future.
“Our armed forces are continuing to target the maritime traffic connected to the Israeli enemy,” he said.
Earlier the same day, the Houthi group claimed responsibility for launching missiles towards Israel and attacking a ship in the Red Sea
“We have entered the fifth stage of escalation against the occupation in support of Gaza and its resistance,” Al-Houthi added.
“Today’s operation was carried out with a new ballistic missile featuring advanced technology that overcame all the enemy’s defences.”
The Houthi leader concluded: “Our forces continue their operations against ships linked to the Israeli enemy, and they have been highly successful and extremely impactful.”
