Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has described Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as a “monster created by the European Union and the US Empire.”
The Venezuelan president went on to compare Netanyahu to the Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler, adding that even Hitler did not dare to do what the Israeli Prime Minister is currently doing.
Madura slammed Netanyahu’s orders to the UN peacekeeping forces in Lebanon to withdraw from their positions, saying the Israeli prime minister has the “audacity” to give orders to the UN peacekeeping forces present in southern Lebanon under the orders of the Security Council.
Earlier, Maduro said what is happening in the Middle East “is not a conflict, but a colonial project by the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe aimed at controlling the region.”
“Netanyahu bombed hospitals, schools, mosques and refugee camps in Gaza. Is this a war? This is genocide,” he said, adding that Israel assassinated Lebanese Hezbollah Secretary-General, Hassan Nasrallah, and Hamas political bureau chief, Ismail Haniyeh, to prevent a ceasefire being agreed.
