Israeli occupation forces this afternoon demolished a residential house and agricultural facilities in occupied Jerusalem, and delivered notices to demolish a school and three houses in Hebron, the Palestinian Information Centre reported.
In the village of Nabi Samwil, northwest of Jerusalem, local sources reported that the occupation forces launched a frenzied demolition campaign in the village, during which a house and agricultural facilities were destroyed, indicating that the house and facilities belong to local Palestinian, Muhammad Eid Barakat.
Two residential buildings belonging to Amir Amer Barakat and Muhammad Mahmoud Abu Dahouk were razed by the occupation forces along with two agricultural structures belonging to Moataz Ayed Barakat and Ashraf Talal Salem Barakat.
Israel claims the properties were built without the impossible to obtain building permits. The occupation authorities do not issue Palestinian permits to build, expand or repair their homes in an effort to force them out of occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces delivered notices to demolish a school and three houses in the town of Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, while settlers chased farmers and prevented them from ploughing their land.
Activist Osama Makhamreh said occupation forces delivered notices to demolish Khallet Amira School in the Umm Al-Safa area of Masafer Yatta, and prevented residents from continuing to work in it, noting that this school consists of six mobile classroom units, which the occupation previously demolished months ago.
The occupation forces also delivered notices to demolish the homes of Ibrahim Ali Hussein Daoud, Zaid Jabrin Daoud and Saeed Alian Awad, and issued stop work orders to Salah Muhammad Al-Adra.
