Israel’s increasing aggression in Syria is aimed at overshadowing the country’s revolution and stifling the hopes of its people, Anadolu reported Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan saying.

“Sooner or later, Israel will withdraw from the Syrian territories it occupied by exploiting the situation, and it will be forced to do so,” Erdogan said yesterday.

“The escalating Israeli aggression appears to be an attempt to conceal the Syrian revolution and extinguish the aspirations of its people.”

He reaffirmed Turkiye’s commitment to supporting the Syrian people, ensuring their victory against the oppressive regime is sustained and turned into lasting success.

He stressed that Turkiye remains resolute in protecting Syria’s territorial integrity and unity under all circumstances.
