35,000 Palestinians displaced by Israel's assaults on West Bank

Over 35,000 Palestinians have been displaced from their homes in the occupied West Bank, as Israeli assaults have intensified after a ceasefire agreement took hold in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli occupation's escalation follows a broader military assault that began on 21 January in Jenin and surrounding towns and refugee camps, killing at least 25 people. The occupation army expanded its attack into Tulkarm on 27 January killing 8 more Palestinians. A 2-year-old child was among the deaths, shot in the head by an Israeli sniper.
