Israel killed a “key figure” in Hezbollah’s Radwan Force in southern Lebanon, Israel’s Army Radio claimed, citing a source.
Hezbollah has not issued an official statement in response to the Army Radio report.
Earlier, Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA) reported that an Israeli drone launched an air strike targeting a vehicle in the town of Rechknanay in the Tyre district, resulting in injuries.
The Lebanese agency also noted that an Israeli Hermes 450 drone was flying at low altitudes over the city of Tyre and neighbouring villages.
This is the latest in a list of hundreds of violations of the ceasefire signed between Israel and Lebanon which came into effect in November.
