The Sudanese Armed Forces announced on Monday that their troops had destroyed more than 100 vehicles belonging to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) during military operations conducted over the past 72 hours on several fronts across the country.

In a statement issued by the General Command, the Sudanese Armed Forces said its units continue to carry out operations targeting gatherings and movements of the RSF in multiple regions.

According to the statement, operations in the Kordofan sector led to the destruction of 56 military vehicles, in addition to the killing and wounding of hundreds of RSF fighters. In the Darfur sector, the army reported the destruction of a further 47 vehicles, along with additional casualties among RSF personnel.

The statement added that in the Blue Nile sector, four military vehicles were destroyed and dozens of fighters were killed or wounded. It also said that several fuel and ammunition depots belonging to the RSF were destroyed at various locations.

The Sudanese Armed Forces said they are continuing efforts to expand security perimeters around cities and vital installations, reaffirming their commitment to what they described as their mission to expel what they termed the “militia” and restore security across the country.

The statement concluded by expressing confidence in achieving victory, stressing that military operations would continue until their stated objectives are fully met.
