Thirty Palestinians have been killed in attacks by Israeli occupiers across the occupied West Bank since the beginning of 2026, official Palestinian figures showed on Friday, Anadolu reports.
In a statement, the Palestinian Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission said the number of Palestinians killed by occupiers had reached 30 as of Oct. 2, exceeding the annual toll recorded in any year since 2022.
The 2026 toll, with the year still ongoing, is already more than double the total for all of 2025, an increase of around 114%, it said.
The commission described the figures as “a dangerous escalation in the deadly consequences of attacks by occupiers.”
According to the commission, the deaths were heavily concentrated in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh and Nablus provinces. It recorded 15 deaths in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate and seven in Nablus, accounting for around 73% of the total.
Three Palestinians were killed in Hebron, two each in Jerusalem and Salfit, and one in Qalqilya.
The commission said Israeli forces and occupiers carried out 2,051 attacks against Palestinians and their land and property across the West Bank in September.

Of those, occupiers carried out 647 attacks, killing three Palestinians during the month.
The commission said occupiers carried out 5,561 attacks from the beginning of 2026 through the end of September. The attacks damaged 14,600 trees in September, including 9,334 olive trees.
Israeli authorities also demolished 254 Palestinian structures during the month, including 89 inhabited homes. The demolitions directly affected 320 Palestinians, including 164 children and 64 women.
Occupiers also attempted to establish 21 new illegal outposts across the West Bank in September.
Meanwhile, Israeli authorities advanced 16 plans for the construction of 3,821 illegal settlement units last month.
The commission said Israeli authorities seized around 6,635 dunams (1,640 acres) of Palestinian land since the start of 2026.
Official Palestinian figures estimate that around 750,000 Israeli occupiers live in the West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem, in 194 illegal settlements and 400 outposts.
In June, 14 UN special rapporteurs warned that the sharp rise in “settler terrorism,” with support and complicity from the Israeli state in the occupied Palestinian territory, posed an existential threat to Palestinian communities.
