Dr Umud Shokri
Umud Shokri PhD is a senior foreign policy advisor, energy strategist and an adviser at Gulf State Analytics (GSA). He is also the author of US Energy Diplomacy in the Caspian Sea Basin: Changing Trends Since 2001. He has served as a visiting research scholar at the Centre for Energy Science and Policy (CESP) at the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University.
