The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas said that repeated incursions by Israeli minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque confirm the Israeli occupation’s intention to implement Judaisation projects in the holy site.
In a statement issued Sunday, Hamas said the latest incursion reflects the Israeli occupation government’s continued support for settler groups, describing the move as a provocation to Muslims worldwide and a violation of the mosque’s sanctity.
The movement stressed that such actions “will not change the fact that Al-Aqsa Mosque belongs exclusively to Muslims,” asserting that all settlement and Judaization plans will ultimately fail.

Hamas called on Palestinians to mobilise and remain present at Al-Aqsa Mosque and its courtyards, urging them to confront the occupation’s plans.
It also appealed to the Arab and Islamic world to take action to defend the site and exert pressure to halt ongoing violations.
The movement further called on the international community to assume its responsibilities in addressing what it described as repeated attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque and efforts to alter its status.
