Egypt Central Bank: Annual inflation rate declined

The Central Bank of Egypt said the annual core inflation rate has declined from 8.9 per cent in October to 7.9 per cent in November.

The consumer price index has fallen to 0.5 per cent in November compared to one per cent in October 2018.

According to CBE the annual consumer price inflation in cities fell to 15.7 per cent year-on-year in November, from 17.7 per cent in October.
