Al-Sisi leads Egypt into the abyss

July 13, 2014 at 6:11 pm

The Egyptian people have paid a heavy price for acting as a buffer in the face of those who are conspiring against the January 25 Revolution and its freedoms, which remain unaccomplished. After Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi recruited a group of traitors to aid him in ousting the country’s legitimate president on 3 July last year, he used the people’s dissatisfaction with Morsi’s political path as an excuse to fulfil his dream of becoming the Egyptian president. Al-Sisi acted like a child who throws a tantrum in a toy shop and insists that his father buys him something.

The military man insisted on becoming the president of Egypt despite the advice given to him by wiser heads. Indeed, he refused to enter the presidential palace until the interim incumbent had granted him his wish to be promoted to the rank of field marshal before he removed his uniform. In this way, Al-Sisi achieved all of his dreams before he became the president against the will of the naysayers. While many Zionists encouraged Al-Sisi and were pleased to hear that he was working towards the presidency, I imagine that Saudi Arabia and the United States did not encourage him to take this step, initially at least. However, he insisted, despite the many warning labels on the packaging. Al-Sisi is much too young to play with this dangerous toy; he has ignored the fact that he is still immature for such a role.

Al-Sisi now finds himself confused and torn between his dream and his responsibilities, which he is unable to meet. He has exceeded all of his expectations and yet, the recklessness of the man coupled with the splendour of his title make him determined to finish the task he began a year ago.

He must also live up to the expectations of the women and girls who are, apparently, enchanted with him. Al-Sisi is the embodiment of Prince Charming for many Egyptian women, married and single. He has succeeded in enchanting many Egyptian men as well, especially those in the church. This is how Al-Sisi was able to transform his plastic toy into real weapons and convert a country, despite its rich history, into a glorified army camp.

Due to his lack of reflection and experience in the political domain, Al-Sisi is dealing with the people as if they are soldiers. This philosophy evokes the belief that the government can lead you to the path of righteousness and that you confront all problems in Egypt through the use of violence. As a result, goodness has disappeared and bad permeates everything. Not surprisingly, Al-Sisi has even been quoted as saying that, “No soldier will be tried after today.” This has indeed become the reality since he seized power from President Morsi. Soldiers have been told by the deputy minister of interior, “Go ahead and take aim for the chest and the head and I will be the one to take all responsibility.” They have been given carte blanche to kill with impunity.

Al-Sisi went further when he ordered the release of every soldier and police officer responsible for the killing of protestors, including the officer responsible for killing Elsaid Bilal, a revolutionary who died at the hands of the police in Alexandria. The officer in question was sentenced to 15 years in prison but was released a few days ago. There’s more: the soldier accused of killing 34 people in cold blood, after they were crammed inside the back of an army vehicle, was sentenced to just one year in prison for committing a “misdemeanour”. There are also rumours of the release of Alaa and Gamal Mubarak, as well as their father, the ousted dictator, and Habib Al-Adli. Meanwhile, pro-legitimacy demonstrators are either being sentenced to death or life imprisonment, or being given massive fines. The Egyptian judiciary’s decision to issue such inhumane and bizarre sentences has damaged the reputation of the Egyptian courts.

Al-Sisi is leading Egypt into the abyss and he is walking without knowing where his feet are going. He obeys the orders of his Israeli and American masters. Like the soldier he is, he gives and receives orders without thinking; he does not realise their consequences. His military service shows that he used to command an infantry brigade in the northern region and was held to be responsible for the deaths of a number of soldiers killed in Rafah as he was in charge of intelligence at the time. It is also important to note that matters of military intelligence are particularly important when considering cross-border cooperation between Egypt and Israel. A report published on 24 April by Al-Wafd, a pro-coup newspaper, quoted a local resident, who said that “15 days prior to the massacre, a well-known intelligence leader, with whom we are all familiar, arrived in an area about one kilometre away from the border and asked my cousin to leave his private cottage because an explosion was set to take place in the area but that nobody knows where exactly it is set to take place.”

According to Faisal Abu-Ayed, one of the local inhabitants: “About five days prior to the explosion, I saw several cars and SUVs go back and forth, surveying the area. It seemed as though they were intent on carrying out an operation on Fridayduring the prayer; however, they were delayed by the arrival of a high-ranking officer who forced them to postpone the operation by a day.”

It is worthwhile looking at his comments in Al-Wafd at length:

“On Sunday, a few minutes before the accident, I saw an SUV with tinted windows heading towards the location of the explosion. The windows were so dark that you could not see who was inside but it was clear that about four people were hiding in the boot of the car, none of them were fully visible except for one who was smoking a cigarette in daylight [this was Ramadan]. He was speaking in Hebrew. Shortly afterwards, it was time for the sunset prayer, so I went inside my house to break my fast. A few minutes later we heard the sound of an Israeli drone in the sky followed by the sound of guns being fired…

“The attack was carried out using four four-wheel drive vehicles. The first car came from Abu Helwa Street, coming from the direction of Sheikh Zweid but by way of the side roads, not the main ones. The second car came from the direction of the crossing and it was a Thai two-cabin vehicle. The third car was also coming from the direction of the crossing and the fourth from Masoura

“Directly in front of the location where the Egyptian soldiers normally broke their fast was a speed bump and this forced them to slow their vehicles. This is precisely the moment that the attackers were waiting for and they took advantage of it and used it to shoot at the soldiers.

“I rushed to the scene and I found more than one body there. I examined the corpses and saw that the bullets were directed either towards the head, the knees or the chest. What this means is whoever carried out this operation had sophisticated weapons… When I went to the Karam Abu Salem border crossing, I asked one of the soldiers: ‘Why did no one shoot at the perpetrators?’ He told me, ‘A group of officers came to us on Sunday at noon and told us that we need not fire any of the automatic weapons in our possession’!”

I was keen to convey to you what was written in Al-Wafd newspaper concerning this painful incident because it is clear that Egyptian intelligence had a hand in the killing of Egyptian soldiers. The officer in charge of the intelligence sector at the time was none other than Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, the thief who hijacked the elected president’s authority.

In any event, what Al-Sisi is doing in Egypt now is for the benefit of the Zionist entity that is Israel. The goal is to make the Egyptian army’s new doctrine one that regards the Zionists as our beloved neighbours and friends regardless of how many of our Palestinian brothers and sisters they kill, both adults and children. Moreover, we are expected to consider Hamas as a terrorist organisation and to view its resistance operations against the Israeli occupiers as nothing more than terrorist acts that have no justification whatsoever. The Egyptian army is expected to stand alongside its Israeli brothers in their attempt to obliterate Hamas and its “terrorist” initiatives as well as bring an end to the Palestinian people.

Egypt’s poverty rate has increased by 50 per cent since Al-Sisi stole authority on 3 July 2013. All of the policies that have been implemented since the coup have benefited the rich and destroyed the poor even more than they were already. Unemployment and prices have increased, which is precisely what will ignite the hungry man’s revolution very soon.

With every day that passes since the bloody coup in Egypt, Al-Sisi proves that he is committed to solidifying the Zionist agenda for the region, which is to weaken the Egyptian army and change its doctrine. The goal for Egypt is precisely that which happened in Syria and Iraq, with their armies weakened and the country divided into Sunni, Shiite and Kurd. Similarly, Sudan was divided into North and South, and Egypt will become Sunni, Copt and Nubian if the Zionists get their way. Libya will in turn be divided into east, west and south while the Palestinian resistance will be completely eradicated. It is clear that this man does not want his efforts to be limited to Egypt.

Oh Al-Sisi, Egypt is a country of 90 million people; it is not the northern region, or a military unit or an infantry brigade. It is a country with a rich history that had its place among the world’s great nations before you and your gang of thugs seized control. I know that the Egyptian people, especially the youth, have broken through the fear barrier and are no longer afraid of state security raids in the middle of the night, or the armed militias or the gangs of thugs that you release to attack protestors. They are no longer afraid of the army, whose natural place should be at the borders, protecting the state, but which is being used to terrorise your opponents in the streets.

The people are no longer afraid of the police who have been set against freedom and have raped innocent women in armoured vehicles that were bought by the people with their own funds to protect them from criminals. Thanks to you and your orders, these safe havens have been converted into dens of rape and torture. Al-Sisi, do not think that God is unable to handle you and your army of criminals. God works in mysterious ways and he is giving you more room to practice your tyranny so that he can prepare you for the mightiest of ends. I remind you of Prophet Muhammad’s words, peace be upon him, when he said: “God may give an oppressor respite but if He decides to take him, it shall be a most painful end. For he who takes over a village in darkness will have a most painful end.”

I remind you, also, of God Almighty’s words: “Think not that Allah is unaware of the wrongdoers and their actions but He chooses to hold off on these actions until a day when all sights are on them.”

Remember those words as you lead our country into the abyss.
