The Emir Abdelkader University of Islamic Sciences in Constantine, Algeria, will accept Palestinian postgraduate students for free.
During his visit to the city, Palestinian Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs Sheikh Yusuf Idris met with Abdul Qadir Khelkhal, the university dean, and discussed joint cooperation.
During the meeting, Khelkhal agreed to accept Palestinian students to complete their higher education for free in different disciplines, as well as exchange experiences between the ministry and the university.
Idris held a religious lesson in Prince Abdelkader Mosque in Constantine and spoke about the dangers posed to Al-Aqsa Mosque.
