Dubai Police have detained and questioned a British freerunner for climbing a 50-floor high skyscraper which was under construction and then climbing the crane on the site.
The arrest took place after Briton James Kingston posted a video featuring his stunts on YouTube. Kingston was released after 24 in custody and receiving a written notice.
Kingston, 25, tweeted to his 33,000 followers: “I have been arrested by the CID here in Dubai. Four undercover agents plucked me from my hotel room earlier today with no warning…”

Major-General Khalifa Al-Rumeithi reportedly said Kingston violated the law by trespassing and being on a construction site without taking the necessary safety measures.
Kingston has previously been held by UAE authorities for a similar stunt in 2014, local reports said.
