The Hama Media Centre noted that the towns of Taybet Alimam, Halfaya and Kafarzeita were mainly affected, claiming that these areas were hit with white phosphorous, cluster bombs and napalm.

Al-Araby Al-Jadeed reported: “The regime forces in cooperation with Russia launched attacks on the northern countryside of Hama.”

Al-Araby Al-Jadeed noted that the aim of these continuous attacks might be to reach to Khan Sheikhoun in the southern countryside of Hama in order to conceal the signs of the recent chemical attack that drew a US response of 59 cruise missiles.
