Israel will begin distributing videos, cartoons and online content to support activists who are fighting the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, Ynet News reported.

The Israeli Ministry of Strategic Affairs, headed by Gilad Erdan, will also launch a mobile app “designed to help aid in the fight against boycott attempts.”

The Israeli news website added:

Simultaneously, activists from the Israeli American Council (IAC) and the Interdisciplinary Centre Herzliya will launch the app version called Act.il, which will allow users to flag companies or websites that make anti-Israel decisions.

“An extensive advertising campaign and a series of events in New York,” are also being organised, “including a support march for Israel on Sunday.”
