The Iraqi National Investigation Bureau in the province of Nineveh yesterday arrested five members of the appeals court for representing members of Daesh in court, an official security source said.

Captain Theyab El-Mohamadawi of the Nineveh Police told the Anadolu Agency that a military force from the National Investigation Bureau raided the headquarters of the Nineveh Court of Appeal in Al-Hamdaniya district east of Mosul and arrested five employees including two lawyers, an engineer, a judicial assistant and an investigator.

El-Mohamadawi explained that the police force arrested the staff members following the issuance of arrest warrants.
