Europe and America have agreed not to accept the siege on Qatar, Arab48 reported.

German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel said Europe and America are on the same page when it comes to disagreeing with the blockade on the Gulf state by Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt.

On Tuesday, United States Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said the Emir of Qatar, Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, worked from day one to resolve the Gulf crisis and combat terrorism, Arab48 reported.

The Arab countries accused Qatar of supporting terrorism and extremism, which was categorically denied by Doha as baseless.

The oil rich state has since found alternative means to operate amid the siege, and claims that its petroleum industry has not been impacted.
