Mutual relations with Egypt are on the agenda, along with the latest developments linked to the Palestinian issue. The lifting of the siege on the Gaza Strip is one of the items to be discussed.

Meanwhile, media reports on Wednesday said that Hamas has rejected an Israeli proposal through Egypt to stop the Great March of Return demonstrations in return for lifting the siege and starting talks about a prisoner swap deal. The demonstrations are an expression of the Palestinians’ legitimate right to return to the land and homes from which they were driven by Zionist militias in 1948 and the Israel Defence Forces in 1967.
