It has been four years since Israeli occupation soldier Oron Shaul was captured during Israel’s attack on Gaza in 2014.
Shaul is being held as a prisoner of war by the Izz Eddin Al-Qassam Brigades after he was captured during an ambush in Gaza.
Al-Qassam later announced that it had captured four Israeli soldiers but provided no details of who they are or whether they were captured dead or alive.
Since the 51-day war came to an end the a brigade has refused to take part in indirect negotiations with the occupation in an effort to agree to a prisoner swap.
Israel announced that four of its soldiers had gone missing during ground assaults in Gaza during “Operation Protective Edge” in July 2014.
