Hamas vows revenge for Israel killing of Qassam fighters

Hamas has vowed revenge following Israel’s targeted killing of three Al-Qassam fighters in the besieged Gaza Strip this week.

“We will avenge the blood of our martyrs and there is no backing from the blood for blood equation,” senior Hamas member Fathi Hammad said in a speech during the fighters’ funeral.

“We tell the Arab and Islamic countries, do not leave Gaza alone and we do not want tears from the Arab and Islamic countries, we want your guns,” he said.

On Wednesday three members of Al-Qassam Brigades were killed by the Israeli artillery fire east of Gaza City.
