Former Chief of Dubai Police Dahi Khalfan said on Friday that Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi could still be alive.

Khalfan wrote on Twitter: "As long as his body has not been found, his DNA has not been found and his family has not arranged a funeral, it seems that Khashoggi could be alive".
