United States’ Meta yesterday closed the Facebook account of the former Palestinian culture minister, Ehab Bseiso, after it was exposed to a hacking attempt.
“My Facebook account was closed by the Meta administration,” Bseiso said on Twitter, noting that he had received a message from the American company claiming that his account had been the target of a hacking attempt.
Bseiso – the current vice president of the Dar Al-Kalima University – slammed the hacker, noting that it was an indication of “narrow-mindedness.” ”Palestine is more spacious with its struggle and the steadfastness of our legendary people everywhere,” he added.
