Israeli occupation forces killed five more Palestinians and wounded 30 others, some critically, during an overnight raid in Jenin’s Aqabat Jabr refugee camp, the ministry of health confirmed this morning. Three of the martyrs were declared dead at the scene and the other two succumbed to their wounds later.
The ministry named the martyrs as Rafat Omar Khamayseh, 22; Mahmoud Ali Saadi, 23; Mahmoud Khaled Ararawi, 24; Atta Yasser Atta Musa, 29; and Dhargham Muhammad Al-Akhras, 19.
Local sources said that a large occupation force stormed into the camp and besieged two houses, firing rocket-propelled grenades at them. A drone was also used in the attack against the Palestinians.
During the raid, fighting broke out between Palestinian residents and the raiding Israeli troops. Some of the soldiers were said to be slightly injured.
