The Israeli occupation forces have turned a Palestinian home in the village of Jalboun near Jenin into what is described as a “military base”, Wafa has reported.
According to local sources, troops from the occupation army stormed into Jalboun on Monday and raided the house of Imad Fahmi Abu Al-Rub. They turned its roof into an observation point and raised Israeli flags. Wafa also reported that the Israeli occupation forces ransacked the house.
The head of the village council, Ibrahim Abu Al-Rub, said that the occupation forces handed the owner of the three-story residential building a notice giving details of the decision to occupy the roof of the house. He said that they did not point out that they would set up a tent and turn it into a military base.
It is worth noting that a number of Palestinians suffered from tear gas inhalation when the Israeli occupation forces stormed into the village and fired gas bombs at local residents.
